He has over 21 years of experience in the Footwear Industry having worked with giant brands like BATA, KHADIM and SPENCERS before creating his own brand ‘Duronto Footwear’. His specialization is wide ranged which include Retail Operations, Sales & Marketing, Channel & Distribution Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Franchisee Development, Strategic Planning & HR management, E-commerce Operations, Institutional Sales, Import & Export and Operations Management. Being a film buff, he has ventured into the creative arena under flag of ICEBERG Creations.

He is a fellow member of The ICSI. He is a first-class Commerce and Law graduate. He holds a Ph.D. degree as well. He completed his Post Graduate diploma in Mass Com. & Public Relations from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Mr. Shaw is a regular faculty with various institutions in different training programs. In the last six years, he has mentored more than 30,000 aspirants from all across India and the count is still on. Mr. Shaw is an entrepreneur and corporate trainer by profession. He is associated with many Corporate Houses and Educational institutes all across India as a resource person.
